The solution was to build a bridge. First the culverts are laid and their final position secured.
The culverts are then set in place with cement.
After the cement road was built over the culverts the river wall was built to prevent erosion.
Grating was installed to prevent blockage of the culverts.
In addition to being functional the final bridge fits in nicely with the view.
